· Each Participating Business will receive Sparta White County Chamber of Commerce issued “PassPort” and “Stamper” to use during this Event. The Customer can also pick up “PassPorts” at the Chamber office. · Each PassPort will have 10 individual Stamps. The customer will receive 1 stamp for every $10.00 spent at Participating Businesses during this Event. · The Customer will receive their Card Stamps by the Participating business at the time of “check-out” during the customer’s visit. · When the customer gets “ALL” 10 stamps completed, the customer can take their completed PassPort to the Sparta White County Chamber to be entered into a drawing for the “Grand Prize” and runner-up prizes. · There is no limit on the number of completed PassPorts the customer can complete and enter for the “Prize” drawings. · The Participating Businesses will be listed on the PassPorts for Customer convenience. · Shopping Days for this Event will begin April 28, 2024, and end May 31, 2024. All completed Passports must be turned into the Sparta White County Chamber by 4pm on May 31th , to be Eligible to be entered for the Prize Drawings. · The Prize Drawings will be held on Wednesday June 5th at the Sparta White County Chamber. · This event will be for Local Retail Stores and Local Restaurants of Sparta, TN. · PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES: Retail Business/Restaurant Members of the Sparta White County Chamber of Commerce are asked to pay a $25 participation fee and donate an item for the runner-up prize baskets. Retail Business/Restaurant NON-Members of the Sparta White County Chamber are asked to pay a $50 participation fee and donate an item for the runner-up baskets. · Participation Fees can be mailed to: Sparta White County Chamber of Commerce 117 East Bockman Way Sparta, TN 38583 · Donation Items can be brought to Sparta White County Chamber or can be scheduled to be picked up along with participation fees.
