We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for assembling components and finished products while meeting quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications

• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures as required

• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain consistent production pace to meet daily goals

• Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or equipment issues to supervision

• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production setting

• Repetitive motion and standing throughout the shift

• May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
