Automotive Mechanic – Sparta, TN

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic for a full-time position in Sparta, TN. The ideal candidate will have a proven work history in automotive repair and strong hands-on experience across a wide range of mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and modify dual exhaust systems, including bending exhausts and fitting tail pipes

• Perform mechanical repairs on alternators, water pumps, starters, radiators, shocks, and CV axles

• Complete tune-ups, oil changes, brake work, battery replacements, belts, hoses, and general vehicle maintenance

• Rotate and balance tires with accuracy and safety

• Diagnose issues and provide high-quality, timely repairs

• MIG welding required for exhaust and fabrication work

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in automotive repair with verifiable work history

• Strong knowledge of exhaust systems and general automotive maintenance

• Ability to MIG weld confidently and safely

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Must have own tools

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Pay based on experience
