What You’ll Do

• Assemble parts and finished products using clear work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Keep up with daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Report any defects, safety concerns, or equipment issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
• Work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and stay detail-oriented
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Strong attendance and dependable work habits
