Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who takes pride in quality workmanship, safe operations, and getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform grading and site preparation for residential and commercial projects
• Complete excavation work for foundations, utilities, and site development
• Install and repair septic systems
• Assist with underground utility installation and related excavation work
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all company safety procedures and project specifications
• Work effectively as part of a construction crew to complete projects on schedule

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Prior excavation and skid steer experience required
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Grading
  • Excavation
  • Septic system installation
  • Utility installation and service
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver's license required
