Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced, hardworking individuals for a Landscaping & Marine Detailing Technician role in Sparta, TN. This position combines outdoor landscaping work with hands-on boat detailing, including cleaning, polishing, and restoration.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and cleanup
• Maintain lawns, flower beds, and outdoor property areas
• Wash, buff, wax, and polish boats and marine surfaces
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of landscaping experience required
• Experience with boat detailing, buffing, and waxing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license preferred
