Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Construction and Carpentry Laborers for houseboat building and renovation projects in Sparta, TN. This is a hands-on role working in a marine environment, ideal for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality craftsmanship and detailed work.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform carpentry work including framing, decking, and finishing on houseboats
• Install and repair structural components, fixtures, and materials
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with remodeling, upgrades, and general construction repairs
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of construction or carpentry experience required
• Experience in remodeling, carpentry, or marine construction preferred
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions or work independently

Preferred Experience:

• Work on boats, docks, or marine structures
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or finishing work

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor marine construction setting
• Physical, hands-on work requiring lifting, bending, and extended standing
