Job Title: Solar Line Technician (2nd Shift)
Location: Sparta, TN
Shift: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team on the solar line. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, and stacking solar panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare solar panels for processing

• Inspect panels for quality and defects

• Stack and organize panels according to specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment

• Dependable with good attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
